Growing up as a young man/woman you have a very high-tech love desire. I call it fairy tell love desire because it does not exist. You heard it over the radio, you saw it on the TV, you watched it on the Youtube videos; you heard some stories about love affairs, you see them holding hands and sometimes see them kiss. You might have erroneously watched the 'porn-hub" and your heart is stirred up and something inside of you crave for and desire to fulfill the feeling or quench it as it crops up in your mind very often. If you are from a well disciplined family you would have heard such advices and warnings against falling in love. Yes, but the desire lingers because you are human and you are created to explore and to belong. How do you deal with it? The sprinter trains for the race we teach the same race. The sprinter practices very hard and we pray fervently to run well and finish well. The sprinter jumps the hurdles without dodging or knocking any down; We jump the hurdle, we don't avoid it, so we won't come back to start from the starting point. We are all running the best ways we can to reach the finishing line where the reward begins. We cannot finish the race before us in this world. Be happy, Love God, Love Yourself so you can Love Your Neighbor. Go to church but remember church does not save you, Christ does. Search knowledge and earnestly seek to under stand who you are. THE WORD OF GOD THAT WAS PREACHED TO ME AS A TEENAGER THAT IMPACTED ME Growing up, it was insinuating rather than instigating to hear over and over again from evangelists and preachers, "What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul?"
