BEFORE YOU CAN EFFECTIVELY USE THE HOLY GHOST FIRE YOU MUST TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE HOLY SPIRIT

 

The Holy Spirit

If you are a Christian you will agree with me that you are familiar with The Holy Spirit. You might have heard that once you receive Jesus Christ you must also receive the Holy Spirit. You might also have heard that the Holy Spirit helps you to live in accordance with the word of God. Yes, these are true word of God. It becomes troubling and problematic when people who do not have the Holy Spirit although they pretend and act as Christians. If you are not a Christian or you are a fallen "brethren" you might have heard about the Holy Spirit. Some might have gotten tired of hearing about Him to the extent that they hate to hear about or associate with Him. This is also true of many of us because of falsehood, unbelief and misunderstanding due to wrong interpretations and applications of the person of the Holy Spirit. It is important that we revisit this great person in the life of a believer. He is a very important and the closest person to the believer. Do you believe?

The Three Persons

The Bible identifies as three Persons in the life of those who believe in God. These are,

1. God the father, God the creator God the almighty

2. God the Son, the savior, the redeemer/propitiator, The Christ

3. God the Holy Spirit, the Helper, the Comforter and the Paraclete.

 The Holy Trinity/Three Person in One:

Together the three are identified as One Persons, meaning that they are individuals, different persons who exist on their own as identified by functions or what they do individually and each responsible for their actions. However, they are equal in every ramification but cannot be completely separated as individual gods because they act in respect to one another. This is complicated you might say yes it is complicated and requires the function of the Holy Spirit to understand it. HUMAN REASONING CANNOT FULLY TEACH OR COMPREHEND THE ONENESS AND THE INDIVIDUALISM OF THE HOLY TRINITY.     For this reason, we implore the reader to pray for the gift of the Holy Spirit so that one will understand. I understand a little to be able to explain as I am dong right here. 

The totality of it is summed up here, God the Father created everything. God the Son who was with God the Father when everything was created came to the world as the father sent him to reconcile the world back to the Father by a single sacrifice. So He died to save us. And as he was returning to the Father He asked the Father to send the Holy Spirit who was with the father at the creation to come and abide with the newly saved to guide them through. The Holy Spirit is the one presently with us and teaching us all things. So, we have the creator, the savior and the teacher but none could do without connecting the other making them One God and not three separate gods. Alleluia!
